1/ What payment methods we accept:

2/ Is there any surcharge when I pay for my order?

We won’t charge you any fees when you pay by PayPal or credit card. You only need to pay any bank charges for the transactions you pay us via bank transfer (if there is any).

 

3/ How do I know if my payment arrived or not?

If you see the status of your order as “Open”, it means we haven’t received your payment yet or we haven’t charge your card yet. If the status is “Processed”, this means your payment has been received in full.

 

4/ Is it secure to use my credit card with Chip Air Chip?

Our credit card payment provider is HSBC bank. HSBC Online Card Processing provides you great security and can be trusted with confidence.

 

Shipping

 

1/ Can Chip Air Chip ship my order to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide. If you cannot find your country or region name when you register to be our member, please email us service@chipairachip.com.

 

2/ When will Chip Air Chip ship my order?

Chip Air Chip will dispatch all orders within 1-2 days after payment is fully received. Club members will receive 'same day' dispatch.

 

3/ How do I know if my parcel is shipped out or not?

If you see the status of your order as “Completed & Shipped”, it means your order has been shipped out. You will always receive a notification email from us after your order has been completed.

 

4/ What shipping service I can have with Chip Air Chip?

We provide the information on shipping in Shipping Policy section.

 

5/ What should I do if my parcel hasn't arrived?

Please allow reasonable time for your order to arrive. You can use the tracking number we have provided to check the status of your order. If for some reasons, you cannot do so, please email us service@chipairchip.com.
